In Memory

Lynne Muster (Robertson)

Lynne Muster (Robertson)

In Loving Memory of Lynne Marie Robertson who courageously fought a battle with cancer and won the battle when she entered the gates of heaven on Wednesday morning, January 14, 2014. Lynne married her high school sweetheart, Dave Robertson. They resided in two of their favorite places in Michigan during the summer and in Florida during the winter. Lynne was a born again Christian who was confident when she died that heaven would be her home. The service to Celebrate her Life was held at the church they attended, First Baptist Church in Bonita Springs. Printed on her memorial card was the poem "God Saw". "God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you and whispered 'Come to Me.' With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best."      Virginia Houghton Crichton

I am so saddened by Lynne's passing.  She was my locker partner all through High School.  She was such a wonderful person and friend.  May God comfort those that loved her.

I first met Lynne at Stoney Creek school in 6th grade, our teacher was Mrs. Smith. (David Smith from our class mother)  I remember the pajama parties at her house.  I am so glad that she was a born again Christian.  I will be praying for the family.  Love in Christ.

I'm so sad to hear this. Lynne was fun and smart and always genuine. I'm grateful to have known her and to have had a chance to visit with her at our 50th reunion.

To Lynne's family: hold on to your memories, and let them guide you during this time of sadness. It's been said that Heaven is a place nearby, so there's no need to say goodbye.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.
